With more than 25 years of cross-industry experience from hospitality and creative services to tech and social impact, Carlo has led, built, and transformed organizations from the inside out. He’s the one who sees the big picture, connects the dots, and moves people into aligned action.

In 2023, he founded Denali Alignment to help founders and leadership teams grow with intention. As a Fractional COO, Carlo partners with organizations to bring traction to the chaos, design systems that actually support people, and turn business plans into real, measurable results.
